Cary
Lindley, owner of Homeward Bound Pet Care Services, was born
and raised in Houston, Texas. He was raised around animals, and has
personally owned both horses and numerous pets. After graduating
from Sam Houston State University in 1977, Cary moved to the Clear
Lake area to teach school. He is currently an Elementary Physical
Education teacher at Ed White Elementary School.
Cary has received
numerous awards while teaching for the Clear Creek ISD. These awards
include
being honored by: the parents and students
of Armand Bayou Elementary School, the Clear Lake High School Boys
Cross Country Team, and recipient of the "Golden Apple Award" from
St. Johns Hospital. Cary was most recently selected to the 2005 edition
of "Who's Who Among America's Teachers". This is the second
time he has received
this prestigious award.
Cary's daughter
is an honor student and a member of a local dance team. They both
share
what Cary calls "a natural love for animals
and pets".
