Homeward Bound Pet Care Services is owned and operated by Cary Lindley. We have been in business since 2002. As an area school teacher Cary has been trusted with the community’s children for over 25 years and brings the same level of trust and commitment to caring for the community’s pets and homes.

Meet the Owner

Cary Lindley was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He was raised around all types of animals, and has personally owned numerous pets. After graduating from college, Cary moved to the Clear Lake area to teach school. He has taught school for Clear Creek ISD for over 25 years.

Cary has received numerous awards while teaching for the Clear Creek ISD. These awards include being honored by: the parents and students of Armand Bayou Elementary School, the Clear Lake High School Boys Cross Country Team, and recipient of the "Golden Apple Award" from St. Johns Hospital. Cary was most recently selected to the 2005 edition of “Who’s Who Among America's Teachers”. This is the second time he has received this prestigious award.

Homeward Bound Pet Care Services has been offering In Home Pet Sitting Services and House Sitting Services to the Clear Lake area since 2002. Homeward Bound Pet Care Services received the "Super Service Award" from Angie's List in 2009.

Cary is certified in "Pet First Aid", and his business is both Bonded and Insured.

Cary has one daughter, and she is an honor student who attends a local high school. They both share a “natural love for animals and pets”.
